Speed "E" Drain system Warranty

       Full 1 Year Limited Warranty From Date Of Purchase         

1 Year Warranty on Speed "E" Drain manufactured parts and labor
to correct defects in materials or workmanship. If damage was
caused due to materials or workmanship we will repair or replace
unit free of charge. Only telescope casing assembly parts and
flexible bellow hoses manufactured by speed "E" Drain Systems are
covered under this warranty. This warranty excludes: *Normal wear
& tear, fading & scratches from outdoor use. *Unit modified or
altered in any way. *Standard industry RV sewer parts sold with the
Speed "E" Drain System. *Not liable for method of mounting bracket
installation to RV.
Speed "E" Drain Systems shall not be liable for incidental or
consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Purchaser Of The Speed "E" Drain System assumes full responsibility for
the mounting brackets to be properly secured to the R.V. by his or her
own methods.
